Separating hundreds of invoices manually — or relying on third-party online tools — is time-consuming, error-prone, and unsuitable for sensitive financial data.
With the plugin
This extension solves the problem directly inside your Shopware 6 administration. Select any number of order documents using the standard bulk selection interface, click download, and receive a ZIP archive containing each document as its own individual PDF file — ready for your accounting software, archiving system, or external auditor without any further processing.
How it would work
- Select Documents
In the Shopware 6 Administration, navigate to the Orders section and open the Documents list. Use the existing bulk selection checkboxes to select any number of documents — invoices, confirmations, delivery notes, or a mix of types.
- Trigger the Download
From the bulk actions menu, choose "Download as ZIP". The plugin generates individual PDF files for each selected document server-side and packages them into a single ZIP archive.
- Receive the Archive
Your browser downloads the ZIP file immediately. Inside, each document is saved as a clearly named, standalone PDF — ready to be imported into your accounting system, forwarded to a client, or stored in your document archive.

Which document types can be downloaded as a ZIP?
The plugin works with all standard Shopware 6 document types, including invoices, order confirmations, delivery notes, and credit notes. Any document generated by Shopware's document module is supported.
Is there a limit to how many documents can be downloaded at once?
There is no hard limit enforced by the plugin itself. For very large selections (several hundred documents), download time will depend on your server's processing capacity. We recommend testing with your typical monthly volume during setup.
Does this plugin send any data to external services?
No. The entire ZIP generation process runs on your own Shopware 6 server. No document content, customer data, or financial information is transmitted to any third-party service.
Can the file naming convention inside the ZIP be customised?
Yes. The plugin includes a configuration option in the Shopware 6 Administration where you can define the naming pattern for individual PDF files — for example, including the order number, document type, and creation date.
Which Shopware versions are supported?
We build it for the version your shop runs: 6.5, 6.6 or 6.7. Updates for new Shopware versions are included as long as we stay in active contact.
