Without the plugin
Managing pricing rules for large product catalogs in Shopware 6 is a repetitive, error-prone task. By default, the Advanced Prices module only allows you to assign a Rule Builder rule to one product at a time — forcing store managers to either click through hundreds of product records individually or resort to technical workarounds like CSV export and import by product ID.
With the plugin
The Bulk Rule Assigner plugin eliminates this bottleneck entirely. It adds a native bulk-action workflow directly inside the Shopware 6 administration panel, allowing you to select any number of products — using filters, checkboxes, or "select all" — and apply a pricing rule to the entire selection in a single click. No spreadsheets, no developer support, and no risk of import errors.
How it would work
- Select Your Products
Open the product list in the Shopware 6 administration panel. Use the existing filter toolbar to narrow down the product selection by category, manufacturer, stock level, or any other attribute — then check the products you want to update, or use "select all" to capture the entire filtered result set.
- Choose a Pricing Rule
Click the "Assign Pricing Rule" bulk action from the action bar. A dropdown lists all rules currently configured in your Rule Builder. Select the rule you want to apply — for example, a customer-group discount, a minimum quantity price, or a time-limited promotional rate.
- Confirm and Apply
Review the confirmation dialog, which displays the rule name and the exact number of products that will be updated. Confirm to apply. The plugin processes the assignment in the background and notifies you when complete. The activity log records the operation for future reference.

Is this a ready plugin I can buy?

Does this plugin replace or overwrite existing Advanced Prices configurations?
By default, the plugin appends the selected rule to the product's Advanced Prices configuration without removing existing rules. You can optionally enable "replace mode" in the plugin settings if you want the selected rule to overwrite any previously assigned rules for the affected products.
Do I need technical knowledge or developer access to use this plugin?
No. The entire workflow operates within the standard Shopware 6 administration panel. No CSV files, no command-line access, and no coding knowledge are required. Any admin user with product management permissions can use it.
Can I assign rules to product variants individually?
Yes. The plugin supports standard products, product variants, and configurable products. When selecting variants from the product list, the rule is assigned precisely to the selected variant records rather than to the parent product.
Which Shopware versions are supported?
We build it for the version your shop runs: 6.5, 6.6 or 6.7. Updates for new Shopware versions are included as long as we stay in active contact.
