How it would work
- Configure Your Campaign
In the Shopware 6 administration panel, create a coupon code and assign it to a free gift campaign. Select the product or products you want to offer as gifts, define any conditional rules such as a minimum cart value, and set the active date range for the campaign.
- Customer Applies the Coupon
When the customer enters the coupon code in the cart or checkout, the plugin validates the code and checks that all configured conditions are met. If everything is satisfied, the gift selection pop-up appears automatically on the storefront.
- Gift Is Added and Order Proceeds
The customer selects their preferred gift product from the pop-up. The item is immediately added to the cart at zero price, clearly labelled as a free gift. The customer then completes the checkout as normal, and the gift is included in the order confirmation and fulfilment workflow.
