Without the plugin
In B2B sales, your team often knows exactly what a customer needs before the customer has even logged in. Building an order line by line over the phone or via email, then waiting for the customer to replicate it in the storefront, wastes time and introduces errors. Shopware 6 does not natively allow store operators to prepare a fully configured cart and hand it directly to a customer — leaving sales teams to rely on workarounds that fall short of a seamless checkout experience.
With the plugin
The CartShare plugin solves this by letting administrators create pre-filled shopping carts — complete with specific products, quantities, and discounts — and generate a unique, time-limited link. When the customer opens that link in their browser, they find a ready-to-buy cart. All they need to do is confirm their delivery address and complete payment. No account required on the administrator side, no manual re-entry required on the customer side. It is the fastest path from a sales conversation to a confirmed order.
How it would work
- Build the Cart
In your Shopware 6 administration panel, navigate to the CartShare section and create a new cart. Search for products, set quantities, and optionally apply a discount agreed with your customer. No customer data is required at this stage.
- Generate and Share the Link
Set an expiry period for the link, then generate it with a single click. Copy the unique URL and send it to your customer via email, messaging app, or any communication channel your sales team uses.
- Customer Checks Out
When the customer opens the link, they are taken directly to a pre-filled cart in your Shopware 6 storefront. They review the items, enter their delivery address, select a payment method, and place the order. The entire checkout process follows standard Shopware flows, so no additional training is needed.

How is this different from the Shopware Store Recommendation Lists plugin?
Store Recommendation Lists creates a shareable product list, but the customer still has to add each item to their cart manually. CartShare generates a fully configured cart that is ready for immediate checkout — products, quantities, and discounts are all pre-set. This removes friction at the most critical point in the B2B sales process.
Does the customer need a Shopware account to use the shared cart link?
No. Customers can open the link and complete checkout as a guest. If they already have an account on your store, they can also log in to use their saved addresses and payment methods.
Can I apply individual discounts per cart?
Yes. When building a cart in the administration panel, you can apply a percentage or fixed-amount discount specific to that cart. This is ideal for B2B scenarios where pricing is negotiated individually with each customer.
What happens when a link expires?
Once the configured validity period has passed, the link becomes inactive and the customer will see a clear expiry message if they attempt to open it. You can create a new cart and generate a fresh link at any time from the administration panel.
Which Shopware versions are supported?
