How it would work
- Select Orders
Navigate to the Orders section of your Shopware 6 administration panel. Use the standard list filters — date range, payment status, or custom order tags — to identify the test orders you want to remove. Select one or multiple orders using the bulk selection checkbox.
- Review and Back Up
Before any data is modified, the plugin presents a summary of all records that will be affected: orders, linked documents, and physical PDF files. It automatically creates a backup of the relevant database records so you can restore them if needed.
- Execute Cleanup
Confirm the operation. The plugin deletes the selected orders, removes all associated documents from the database, physically deletes the corresponding PDF files, and recalculates the document number ranges — all in a single automated sequence.
