In Shopware 6, guest order accounts are designed as one-time-use records. Every time a customer places a guest order — even using the same email address — a new, isolated guest account is created. This architecture makes it impossible for shop operators to select an existing guest account when manually creating a new order in the backend, blocking efficient customer service workflows.

How it would work
- Identify the Guest Account
